The construction of the demonstration village project was successfully signed in Jinli New Village, Bianjiang Subdistrict, Yongxing County, Chenzhou City on January 14.
It’s invested by Tianjin Polaris International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., with an investment of 350 million yuan. The construction is expected to last 5 years.
Relying on the beautiful natural resources and local advantages, the project aims to build a demonstration area for consumption and experience in Jinli Old Village, a rural camping base in Dongtouqiu, a river scenic belt and quality homestay inn groups, health care and travelling base. It’s committed to building a demonstration village with culture, tourism, leisure, health care, camping and agricultural products consumption.
Moreover, joint efforts will be made to drive the integrated development of Yongxing County and open up a new situation of high-quality development.
